Every year when Ramadan starts, Muslims rush to gather rewards. As we believe that reward is multiplied 70 times in this month, so Ramadan has become the month of collection and distribution of Zakat.

Zakat is a personal individual duty (Fardh Ayn) on every Muslim who is the owner of the minimum amount (nisab) for the period of one year.

Although the Ummah is generous and spends its wealth, many in the Ummah live in the poorest countries in the world, with low standards of living, with no or almost no economic perspective and poor healthcare and education despite the fact that the majority of the Muslim countries have tremendous mineral resources, fertile soils, advantageously geographical positions and a massive young generation.

Join us for this session today where we discuss what is the “Right Balance” that must be conducted so that Ummah is relieved from current dire situation.
