The Hukm Shar’ai (the Divine Law) is the speech or command of Allah (swt),legislator and relates to the actions of his slaves that are accountable to Allah(swt). The criterion of what is lawful (halal) and unlawful (haram) are set by the Allah (swt) in the Qur’an and Sunnah.
All of mankind are commanded, in regard to their actions, to refer exclusively to the wahy (revelation) from Allah (swt) alone and to conduct their affairs in accordance with the commandments within this legislation.
In this introduction podcast, the speaker defines Hukm Shari’i and reminds Muslims, we must constantly strive to adhere to the Hukm Shar’ai in all our actions especially in the climate we are living today in the West.
